How the Ardyss Reshaping Garments were Developed

In an article by author Sarah Paulk, Orthopedist Leonel Kelly Mexia shared how he developed the Ardyss Reshaping Garments. Before you attempt to answer, use the scale of your dreams and goals to assist with the answer. Don’t depend on outside influences like the thoughts of others or the feelings of society. Be honest with yourself, after all only you are reading this and only you will know the answer.
At one time or another we have set goals. Goals give us a reason for getting up in the morning. We are always moving towards something that makes an impact on our life. If you are in college, graduation day represents a goal. It may be four years down the road, but it is still in sight.

When you find a job, the goal may change to one of promotion. We strive to be better than we are not because of others but because of our drive to do more than simply breathe the air. What are some of your goals and dreams? If you’ve never taken the time to write them down, buy a journal and do just that. It could take more than one sitting if you are rusty at delving deep within your mind.

No matter how outrageous they seem, write ALL of your aspirations down. The culmination of dreams is not necessarily a lifelong career. You may want to scale a mountain, but that doesn’t mean you want to be a mountain climber. Scaling a mountain is an experience you’d like to have and fulfilling that adds a measure of character to your life.

You may not meet all of our goals. An unmet goal either leads us down a better path or it sours our attitude. Strive for the former. Some of us are so set on keeping up with the Jones’ that we don’t realize the harm we are doing to our own level of joy in the process.

Take a good, long look at your goals and dreams list. Who knew you had so many desires. Life is not about pursuing one path and staying on it for the rest of your life. It is about the detours and rest stops we choose to take that turn us into well-rounded and understanding people.

Only you can answer the question, “Is Your Life Fulfilling?” No one knows your heart like you do. It is the question many long for someone else to answer for them, but you’ll soon realize that any answer another would give will be wrong because they are not you. You know you best. Use your goals and dreams as a guide to find the fulfillment you long for.

There are three good reasons why a recession is an excellent time for the economy as a whole and they all have to do with the people who need success.

The first simple reason is that out of hardship and no hope comes the opportunist with a real need to sustain the essentials. In the 1980's European recession we saw the move from manufacturing to service industries because people had the desire to get off the benefit handout system and get into meaningful employment.

The second reason is that it creates a greater awareness of our own personal value and what we value take for instance the middle manager who suddenly realizes they are the person who has been carrying the burden of the company for years, your senior exec's have gotten rich from the work of others but it is the others who get trimmed. So the middle manager suddenly wakes up smells the coffee and says I can do this better and sets off to create a new improved version of what he has been doing for years.

The third and most compelling reason is business returns to type - people like to deal with people so creating strong relationships make a real base for sustainable business.

This is time to look at how what we offer reaches other people and businesses in a way that offers scope for going the extra mile.

So will the international recession affect our opportunities and businesses? The answer is a simple yes but we choose how - for me I am again seeing a growth in interest and service turn around but for others they are looking at the distant partners who are retreating to in house provision and they are loosing out.

Remember it is important that clients and customers see your still enjoying yourself, tell them your stories and remember the positives of why you chose to work from home.

Last night a group of my girlfriends and I got together for a GIRLS NIGHT OUT..A night without the kids and without the husbands. IT WAS GREAT.
We had a wonderful time. Thanks Milpha.
Milpha hosted the GIRLS NIGHT OUT. We ate, drank, danced and did a lot of laughing and talking. I had to break my diet, but it was all worth it.
We had homemade fried rice cooking on the stove, bake chicken in the oven, different types of salads, some shrimp cocktail, some delicious desserts. Just thinking about it now is making my mouth water. We had some drinks also but I was not trying to drink more than 1 glass because I had a long drive home.
I had an amazing time. Thank you so much for making this night possible, Thank you to all who could come and enjoy a wonderful Girls Night Out. This was the first of many GIRLS NIGHT. The start of something beautiful.

What I've learned....
